2. Check in was efficient and friendly, we got a room upgrade and 10% discount card for restaurant (which we didn't use ) by being in their loyalty scheme so that is worth considering.

4. I would especially like to commend the very efficient Roxanne on reception - she went above and beyond the call of duty on a number of occasions to help us sort out some bookings, made excellent recommendations, and was really prepared to go that extra mile to help us to have a great holiday.
