3. I stayed at a newly remodeled Marriott (Midtown, NYC) about a month ago (flat screens, fancy bathrooms, etc) and they really need to do the same with the hotel.

5. There`s nothing to distinguish it from a 3* facility: no HD TV in the rooms, no fancy pool with a swim-up bar or a slide, no extra comfort or amenities in the room.
