1. For some reason one of them (there is 2) loved the 5th floor, it automatically stopped there and took about 1 1/2 minutes for the doors to close and continue.

2. Also really liked coming back from disney and ordered some kids meals on the van on way back to hotel, n they are reasonable, so kids could eat n go right to sleep after a long day at the park.

3. The hotel offers a shuttle to and from the parks and convention center, and it seems they are willing to take you wherever you need/want to go wtihin reason.

7. The only reason I'm not scoring this hotel as terrible, is the hotel itself is what you'd expect from a Embassy Suites, although our room could have used new furniture.

9. Granted, it was reasonably close to Disneyland (the ONLY reason to stay here) but we probably could have done better in terms of being close for a similar price.
