1. Management and staff was very helpful and friendly the entire stay except for the guy who was working the late night shift.

2. We have stayed at the Best Western Park Place Inn several times, and our recent visit over the Christmas holidays 2011, was exceptional.

3. The hotel was quiet with the exception of the early AM hours 5am or so when the Disney staff lovingly starts the process of power washing & blowing off the sidewalks.
