1. We had a anumber of dealings with them throughout our stay and the level of friendliness and service was always exceptional, We had a number of very fragile items they stored both pre and post check in and they were safe in their hands.

3. I am a clean freak, so except for one day when you could see some "dirt" in the bottom of the tub, the maids did a nice job.

4. The first room was ok except for the LOUD water pipes, which seemed to always start at around 6am when someone was in the shower.

5. The room was the spitting image of the Fairfield Inn, I would swear it was the exact same room except for one thing, the bed- no hotel could have more comfier beds than the Fairfield.

6. We never got to the pool so I can`t comment on that and I never interacted with any staff except for checking in and out which was quick and efficient, though not exceptionally friendly.

7. The food isn`t exceptional, but it`s as good or better than most of its nearby competitors.

8. Be aware of waits at all restaurants at dining hours as no one seems to take reservations for dinner except for two expensive Calif Adventure/Disney spots, Vineyard Room and Blue Bayou (closed when we visited).
