1. The staff were attentive and helpful (except for the valet on the last day who wouldn't help load my car while it was raining), and check in/check out was fast and efficient.

9. However, for those readers - My husband justified this room because we barely spent time in there except to shower and sleep and for around less than $150 a night it was a bargain.
