7. just barely a 3 star hotel; not good for non-family visits as kids running and screaming all over the place; shuttle service (public transportation bus) to Disney was inconsistent (we waited for 45 minutes in freezing rain to get back to hotel); bus every 20 minutes claim by front desk was a figment of someone's imagination; first impression marred by stained, worn and dirty carpet behind front desk area.
