1. Perhaps it would be better to make the hot food self-service so the staff can concentrate on restocking.

My overall opinion of the Ayres Hotel is that it is a first class family friendly hotel which offers exceptional value for money, and in my opinion it is missing a star in the star ratings, this may be listed as 3 Star but offers the same if not better service and accommodation which I have found in many 4 Star hotels across the world.

9. Ok, yes the queue was made slower by the other guests perhaps, but other hotels manage this number of people much better and this hotel should devote some thought to the layout of the room and the food etc.
