4. The motel consists of two buildings, some rooms which have no elevator access so at midnight we had to help some of our members of the group to walk around the block and up the stairs, after multiple requests the hotel desk staffer steve did not budge and he was very inconsiderate.

10. what is going on??? There was a line of 5 people to checkout later and there was a lady with short hair in an office that never came out to help or even look at the line (but you just knew she saw us.
