1. San Mateo is an older motel, but nicely kept up.

2. My long survey/review was based on LaQuinta Loveland Colorado, which is a four-year old hotel and very, very nice.

4. This is a typical La Quinta, nice rooms, HDTV, good WIFI, free continental breakfast, good guest laundry.
