3. I found coffee, apart from Starbucks, universally horrible in new Mexico and this hotel's was no different :) I don't think anyone stocks good quality, ground arabica bean coffee out there.

4. Very nice for the price, we stayed for 3 nights, then traveled around sunny new Mexico and returned to Hawthorn for our last night before heading home.

8. We could not get a cardkey that would successfully open our room door and the door to the outside; even after having new cards made, we still had to use both cards for successful entry -- a real pain.

9. when i got to the room i noticed the iron was broken and called down to the front desk to send up a new one and they said they would bring one up right away.
