Positives: gorgeous hotel lobby, nicely remodeled rooms, friendly staff (except for housekeeping), VERY close to conference centerNegatives:- Housekeeping: one day our room hadnt been cleaned and it was 6:15pm - we went to front desk to ask if they were behind (we were worried we had been forgotten).

8. Service by all of the staff was impeccable, The rooms, were elegant and appointed with fine linens and quality amenities, sharp clean lines give the rooms a unique style, I would call 'swanky'.

9. The two bottles on the sink were both lotion instead of one of them being soap, which the hotel staff corrected after we wondered why our hands were getting soft but not clean.
