I answer to her I was traveling all day and I can't go with my mom in wheelchair looking for another hotel in the city just because they have the great idea to clean the carpet of my room , I had to stay in a still wet carpet room feeling terrible for my mom, for miserable night she had, the next morning the same stupid girl offer me just 10% discount from my bill for ' the little carpet issue' .
