1. Hotel brochure says they have security patrolling facility overnight and that they make effort to manage guests issues.

3. We were greeted by Ian who was very helpful wnd when I told him I had been unloading all our belongings night after night and was not sure how safe truck would be in the parking lot, he offered to let me use their underground garage which was secure with roll down gate at night.

7. Their supposed on site security doesn't actually patrol the facility because if they did, they would've perhaps asked our neighbours to shut down their party before 4am.
