1. Only two quibbles: it's hard to see the TV from the work area (possibly intentionally, to help you get work done) and there aren't many dining options within walking distance (basically an Applebees, an IHOP, and a Fuddruckers).

3. The general manager quickly replaced a mattress when mine was giving me back trouble, and the front desk staff is always quick to help with any need.
