1. The staff are some of the friendliest and most accomodating people I meet in New Mexico, the room is always clean and the bed firmly comfortable, the delicious breakfast tides me over for my day's journey.

2. Me and the family were not comfortable at all in the hotel due to the lack of cleanliness as such I do not recommend this hotel at all.

3. hotel has odor, found a bug in room, beds were not comfortable (hard/old worn comforters and sheets, carpet was stained); manager offered a different room but it was just as bad as the first.

The front desk staff are always friendly and accommodating, they can tell me where to find stuff in town whether that is a good place to eat or a Pack & Ship, the breakfast is fantastic, the room is just the right size for me (I get the queen single) and the bed is so comfortable I always sleep like a log.
