1. When I brought it to the Casino Manager (which was really just the assistant food and beverage director taking his weekend turn, because apparently even though this place is raking in over a million a day they can't pay to have a real Casino Manager that has any clout to actually resolve anything) attention, he tried to fix it by offering free food (of course he is the assistant food and beverage manager).

3. When I first signed up in the players club (4 years ago) I was given a whole 5 dollars free play, now they offer 25 dollars to new members .

7. The spa is very peaceful and relaxing and if you have a spa treatment you can use the whirlpools, sauna and steamroom free of charge (there is a $15 per day charge normally).
