1. You hate to ding a hotel based on just one employee, but the service at so many other RIs has been so good that we'll likely try a different hotel the next time we're in town.

4. Only things we didn't 'like' was that internet was really slow and on two occasions breakfast was very picked over and cold/stale.

5. We had a 1 night stay in the 2 bedroom, it was perfect, I did sleep on the sleeper sofa, it wasn't bad at all, we really liked that as soon as we walked in you can smell the cleaniness.

6. I don't know what the other Residence Inns in the area are like, but I would try another hotel before I'd go back to this Residence Inn.

7. They also have a terrible television lineup, and they subscribe to Showtime and not HBO - who does that? They are right off the highway, and have restaurants like PF Changs nearby.
