6. The staff at the front desk was helpful but be careful, they wanted to charge us for a burn in the carpet which we didn't put there.

7. During our stay (for the Indian Health care Conference), we Native Americans were quite discriminated against; how? Several of our committee members and attendees were treated disrespectfully, impatiently and hostile.

9. If you do have a problem with your room (once the hairdryer in my room didn`t work) you call the front desk and you are promptly and courteously taken care of.
