3. To finish on a positive note, as an elite member I used the concierge lounge, the regular staff both in the evenings and at breakfast were highly efficient and pleasant, there was a reasonable selection of food and beverages to be had at breakfast.

5. I was told that my room on the concierge floor was ready but needed to be inspected before she could check me in, that sounded reasonable so I did as iI was asked and had a seat for '5 minutes or less' and waited for 'cold meds' lady to bring m my key.

6. Some friends of ours had the room down the hall from us and 10 minutes after they checked in the water sprinklers in their room came on for some reason, not just sprinkles of water but floods everywehere, the water went through all the rooms underneath them from the 7th floor right through to the ground floor reception, all their gifts they had bought for their kids were ruined and so was their vacation.
