1. All the egg and cheese sandwiches had ham in it, since I do not eat pork at all I asked the staff behind the kitchen if there were sandwiches without ham and she said there wasn't but she would be happy to make me one.

7. complimentary continental breakfast was unexpected and adequate, fresh fruits were not actually fresh but again i was happy with just the milk, juice and bread.
