3. As for the Howard Johnson, it is an excellent choice as a base for seeing all the attractions and with such friendly owners and spotlessly clean rooms, I am sure we will make it our first choice for accommodation when we return to New Mexico in the future.

4. There is so much to see and do in Albuquerque alone, but just 45mins up the road is Santa Fe with a number of local attractions as well.

5. It is a short 5-10 minute drive to Balloon Fiesta Park, and about the same distance south to all the Old Town and Downtown attractions (including Route 66).
