3. If you have dogs, do be careful walking them in the rocky areas as there are some sandspurs, walk them by the basketball court where there is grass (that has nothing to do with the hotel, just the terrain there has plants that have spurs).

4. One of the maintenance staff in the hallway greeted me not only with 'Good morning' and 'how are you' but also let me know that if there was anything that needed attention to be sure and call, and they would take care of it right away.

7. The desk staff helped us call the police and had us fill out a form for the hotel and were careful not to say anything which might implicate the hotel.

8. In the morning the front desk clerk (a nice young gentleman) was fantastic and took care of us on the business end and for that we are very grateful and will be the main reason I would stay here again.
