4. Bobbie had not been told anything about my problem but he quickly found me an acceptable room in the main building and helped me move my bags so I completed my stay at the Ramada.

5. There were three good things about this hotel, the member of staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful, free parking when available and there is a car hire company the other side of the road.
