1. We eventually went to the Presidio Inn, where we found a clean room with all the necessary and less necessary stuff you can ask for, and this for a very decent price.

2. The search for a decent motel in San Francisco wasn't easy since a lot of them are booked full in advance or don't wan't to rent to students, black people, etc.

3. And more: the walls are very thin, so if your neighbor likes televsion, you can hear everything, even with very decent sound.
