1. It smelled, the beds were not comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was awful, we had to stoop to get under the shower head, there was no A/C (which I wasn't made aware of at the time of booking) to get air we had to open the window but then we did we could see and HEAR our neighbors.

2. Not the greatest neighborhood, no late night amenities, but the bed was very comfortable and clean.

3. The bed was so comfortable had tons of pillows, we had the nonsmoking rm in the non smoking building on the top level, which had a pretty cool view of what San Fran is all about.
