1. This part of San Francisco has a lot great restaurants (especially on Clement), and if you venture to Outer Richmond, check out the Russian cathedrals and the Legion of Honor (great museum and has incredible views of the GG Bridge).

2. , for Chinatown); you are also close to Marin county where you can explore Sausalito and Muir Woods or you can take a drive to Ocean Beach for sunset or take a dusk or sunny drive on the great Highway.

3. With rooms that are nice, what makes this place really great:- Don't have a car? The Muni 38 has a stop right out front, it will take ya to Sutro and Ocean Beach or downtown.
