5. Upon our arrival (i like to inspect my room for clean sheets, etc) there was hair on the floor of the bathroom and in the shower and the sheets had stains.

7. I got there around 2pm on Friday (like I said I had never been to San Francisco before) so I wasn't familiar with all the streets and how horrible the parking was.
