The hotel is seemingly in a convenient location, however the neighborhood to the south and west is very sketchy, lots of drunks, homeless people and drug dealers and users hanging around but McAllister street between Hyde and Larkin is pretty reasonable as there is the UC Hastings law school with two uniformed police officers always there.

3. I am not really all that picky, I don't need a lot of amenities, all I really look for is a clean room in a safe neighborhood, at a reasonable price.
