3. It certainly isn't fancy, and there is no view, but it is adequate and if you want to see the Giants play, the motel is in walking distance of Pac Bell Park, perhaps 15 minutes.

4. The manager is super-friendly and helpful,the rooms are cleaned every day and towels changed and while it is certainly not anything fancy or luxurious, it is just fine for me.
