5. I stayed at SW Hotel and found the hotel is pretty nice, except for the fact that reception is often unmanned (which is intolerable).

6. Though the room was on the smaller side and the TV/bedside radio were somewhat dated, it was also very clean with a nice comfy bed (not too hard; not too soft; not squeaky, etc).
