3. Its not quite as handy for public transport as some have alluded to here and we had at times a 40 minute wait for a convenient bus from the fishermans wharf to the Chestnut road area behind our hotel (the most convenient stop for this BTW).

10. It's convenient for the excellent MUNI public transport system, but please don't think you are near the famous "Twisty" bit of Lombard St.
