3. There is a free wine hour but it seems like a bit of an afterthought and there is not really enough for even half the guests to have just one glass.

4. I would return to the COSMO again, and wholely recommend it to others, of course there is the 5-6pm free wine session in the lobby also, which lubes you ready for the city streets and the artworks within the hotel gallery areas ease you in to this Art driven city.
