3. I doubt that you get a hotel cheaper than the Astoria in San Francisco, and considering that, it`s more than recommendable if you don`t want to spend to much money and still feel comfortable.

4. You may take an even cheaper room if you choose shared bath ($45), but I couldn`t see the shared bath myself, so I can`t make an opinion about it.
