3. In my eyes, the hotel owed me a week stay at a best Western property for putting me through the problems I encountered by therm incorrectly holding my money for 2 weeks.

9. I hadn't stayed in a best Western for years, but the folks on the phone were nice and The Hotel California had a 2-bedroom suite (1 queen to which they could add a cot and 1 king) that we could afford at less than $200 per night, including breakfast.
