1. First of all the place isn't at all impressive from outside looking more like a parking garage than a hotel.

7. First impressions were great: large clean suite, nicely decorated, great kitchen and bath, king bed with excellent bedding and pillows, flat screen TV, balcony off suite and bonus rooftop deck with panoramic views of the city below and Alcatraz.
