1. While it is clean, comfortable for the price and in a generally central location downtown making it a good location, Hotel Diva did not deliver.

2. Conclusion?You generally stay at a hotel for location and a good nights sleep, and this hotel excels at the former while somewhat fails at the latter.

3. Our room had 'zero' view: airshaft which amplified street sounds, but was almost by design: we avoided window on street by recommendation for that very reason and generally our room was reasonably quiet at night: only serious problem was Tuesday (trash removal day) the rumbling and slamming of cash bins at 3 a.

4. The hotel rooms appear new or freshly refurbished, beds are comfortable, bathrooms are really generous and also clean.

9. Rooms with windows facing a shaft are treated to views of the goings on and noise generated by the room across the shaft.
