1. Overall this is a nice hotel, in a great location plenty of shopping and nearby restuarants (Houston's within walking distance) though just not right for me, I would stay here again only if my usually hotel is fully booked.

2. This hotel is plenty of traffic noise, more than any highway-motel which I have stayed but probably you will not heard the traffic because the noise of the air-conditioning system.
