1. Since we were so well connected to all the tours and local transport we hardly needed to drive our rented car--which was a big plus given the steep and narrow streets in S.

5. Fantastic big shower in the room - one of the few hotels that I have stayed in where you can start the shower without getting even a hand/arm wet.

8. It is definitely a budget hotel, and if I weren`t in the heart of SF, I would not have considered this as big a bargain.
