1. When we arrived, our room was in the back, which is not our preference, and the staff was very helpful about moving us to the front of the complex.

2. The hotel has been renovated well, the staff is extremely helpful and friendly, the price is right for so much space, it is convenient to 101 and the Redwood Shores office complex.

3. Could they not have come after me to tell me? I did ask for help in moving my luggage which they provided, but it was a full 45 minutes after intitally getting there that we were finally settled in our room.

4. we spent at least 45 minutes to find the hotel ,even the navigation was unable to help because there was a new bridge built,so make sure you have the exact directions before you go if you're new in San Francisco.
