2. The the beakfast had a good assortment of things to eat including a waffel iron for guests to make their own waffles the only thing that was missing was sugar-free syrup which was a disappointment.

3. (No direct beach access but we walked along the coast at the Ritz which is right around the corner---free parking there for coastal access).
