4. The place isn't beautiful from the outside and there isn't really a lobby (just an office inside the parking garage), but again, it's a motel not a hotel and the rooms are pretty nice for that.

6. A great location - it is a couple of blocks from Union St (great thai restaurant - Osha) and also Chestnut St - lined with cute cafes, wine bars, restaurants and beautiful boutiques and mainstream shops.
