9. Only slight downside is that you will walk 4-5 blocks to get to most tourist areas but that is expected in SF and actually is part of the fun part of being there.

10. The hotel was perfectly located for my needs, comfortable, clean, fun sculptures in lobby, 24 hour mini-market, Starbucks in lobby, 24 hour valet service for car (we left at 5am).
