1. The wine & canapes were very tasty, I've had better breakfasts, but I can't really complain about the offering, always being topped up with fresh food, rather than things being left for hours.

2. floor tiles dirty looking and broken, the bathtub was dirty with scum and even after scrubbing didn't look much better, and all of the taps were leaking.
