1. The maid accidentally took one of my large towels while cleaning and when I reported this to the hotel front desk they didn't care and I went home without my towel.

5. We had no problem that wasn't immediately taken care of and this is our 2nd annual stay as a big group at the Royale Park Quality Suites.

8. If you don't care to drive to the parks, there's a couple free shuttles that depart from the hotels parking lot.

9. Walgreen's just across the street will get you just about anything you need to take care of food/laundry needs--we had a kitchenette that came in handy.
