1. The hotel still looks practically brand new and has no odd smells or anything.

2. Got upgraded when I asked immediately at check-in, even though I had booked super cheap on Priceline - as though my original brand new super-comfortable queen bed was any less enticing than a brand new super-comfortable king bed.

3. Brand-spanking new property - the place was totally deserted - really eerie staying in a beautiful new place that is super convenient to Lake Mary/I-4 business corridor - the most I saw was 3 cars in the main entrance parking lot, 3 cars in the rear entrance parking lot the entire week.

5. Free access Wi-fi in the entire hotel; a 24 hour hot food kitchen with good food and alcoholic beverages; Rooms are new with a good 'vibe''; comfy bed and really nice huge plasma TV that swivels for viewing anywhere in the room.

8. The only thing I wondered about was the fact that it seemed quite empty of guests which was great for me but I would think more people would stay there as it's so nice and new.
