1. The sushi restaurant is world class - inventive but accessible, with very reasonable prices (I am a new Yorker, so take that with some perspective) But it is exactly what it presents itself to be.

6. Breakfast in the morning downstairs with free new york times and local newspapers, free lattes, espressos cappucinos, orange juice, cereal, muffins, bagels, cream cheese served til 12 on weekends, 11 on weekdays and big communal white tables and overstuffed couches, with the sun streaming.
