1. Staff is multilingual and nice - they remebered me when I came back after 5.

2. Spread over two block on Washington Ave along Espanola Way, it is only two blocks from the beach, is next to nice bars, restaurants and shops (try Kafkas Internet Cafe and Bookshop.

7. The room was really small and the carpet had stains, the bed spread had holes, and the walls looked like a kid had put up the dry wall, just wasn't a nice place at all.

8. The budget room I got was small, but I expected it to be, and had nice linens and was clean with no sign of bugs or roaches (others at the beach hotels complained of this a lot).
