1. I was very pleased in the end, I got to the hotel and not only was I allowed to check in early at no extra cost but also got a free room upgrade to a penthouse room.

4. When we arrived at the lobby I was so pleased as of course having done all the checking one can, youcan never be complete confident if the hotel will meet up with the pictures on the glossy web.
