3. we took the wrong elevator and walked around aimlessly for quite a while- study the map first or ask :) Again- overall we liked our stay- great room, good location, quiet, etc but the movie issue put a little damper on our 'stay in' night.

5. Hotel is almost in the center of the city, and close to Navy Pier, Michigan Ave shops, and great restaurants like Lou Malnati's and Portillo's.

6. Everyone was so loud, especially the front desk personnel who seemed to like to mention out LOUD the guests' name, room number, and a couple of times I overheard the room rate ($$) they were paying.

10. It is in a great location - close to lots of restaurants (including Rick Bayless' 3 restaurants, Naha, and plenty kids would like), Michigan Avenue shopping, and close enough to walk to State St.
